If your order has not yet been scheduled, you may request a cancellation and full refund within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us. Physical gift items may be returned unopened within 7 days of delivery; return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
